I. General provisions
• The Regulations define the rules for the use of the RResort facility by Guests.
• Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Regulations.
• The regulations are available at the reception and upon guests' request.
II. Reservation and check-in
• Rezerwacji można dokonać telefonicznie, e-mailowo lub za pośrednictwem formularza online na stronie www.rresort.pl
• Registration takes place on the basis of a valid identity document.
• Hotel stay starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:00 the following day.
• Goście są zobowiązani do uiszczenia **opłaty klimatycznej**, która jest naliczana zgodnie z aktualnymi stawkami ustalonymi przez lokalne władze. Opłata klimatyczna pobierana jest na miejscu, gotówką lub kartą, i nie jest wliczona w cenę rezerwacji. Opłata ta jest przeznaczona na rozwój infrastruktury turystycznej regionu.
III. Płatności i anulacje
• The guest is obliged to pay for the stay in accordance with the facility's price list.
• Reservation fees can be paid by bank transfer, payment card or cash.
• W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji, obowiązują zasady określone w momencie dokonywania rezerwacji:
-Wysoki sezon czyli: Majówka, Boże Cialo oraz wakacji – 50% zaliczki zwrotnej do 30 dni przed przyjazdem.
-Niski sezon czyli pozostale terminy: do 5 dni bezkosztowa anulacja, bez zaliczki.
Wszelkie zmiany muszą być zgodne z warunkami anulacji określonymi w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji.
• W celu realizacji usług realizowanych przez Rresort wykorzystywane są wybrane sposoby płatności:
- płatność przelewem na konto bankowe podane w potwierdzeniu rezerwacji
- płatność online poprzez system Przelewy 24
- płatność kartą płatniczą
- płatność gotówką w obiekcie Rresort
• Do obsługi płatności online od klientów wykorzystywane są rozwiązania dostarczane przez firmę PayPro S.A. (właściciel systemu płatności Przelewy24.pl) ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, NIP 779- 236-98-87, REGON 301345068, KRS 0000347935.
• Do obsługi płatności kartą od klientów wykorzystywane są rozwiązania dostarczane przez firmę Fiserv Polska S.A. (właściciel znaku towarowego PolCard), Al. Jerozolimskie 100, 00-807 Warszawa, NIP: 526-02-10-429, KRS 0000061293.
IV. Conduct on the premises
• Guests are obliged to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 6am.
• Smoking is prohibited within the facility, except in designated areas.
• The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the facility.
V. Swimming pool and sauna
• Swimming pool
Guests can use the pool from 9:00 to 20:00. Please note that the pool walls should not be opened independently.
• Sauna
To use the sauna, please inform the staff in advance. The time of using the sauna will be agreed individually.
VI. Playground and playroom
• Playground
Children may only use the playground under adult supervision.
• Playroom
The playroom is available daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Children should be under the constant supervision of their parents or guardians.
VII. Bezpieczeństwo
• Guests should close doors and windows when leaving the room.
• Any failures or irregularities must be reported immediately to the reception.
VIII. Odpowiedzialność obiektu
• The property is not responsible for any loss or damage to items belonging to guests.
IX. Reklamacje
• Any complaints regarding your stay should be reported directly to the reception or to the e-mail address: info@rresort.pl.
• Complaints are considered within 21 days from the date of submission.
X. Dane osobowe
• The administrator of your personal data is RResort with its registered office at ul. Leśna 4B, 72-344 Rewal, NIP 8571717209.
• Please send any inquiries, comments and reservations regarding our Personal Data Protection Policy to info@rresort.pl or to the following address: RResort, ul. Leśna 4B, 72-344 Rewal.
XI. Postanowienia końcowe
• The facility reserves the right to change the Regulations.
• In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
